Frequently Asked Questions
for Travel Coaching Sessions

Questions you might have

What happens after I book?

Here’s the timeline:

Immediately: You’ll get a confirmation email from TidyCal  with the date, time, and Zoom link

48 hours before session: Zoom will send you a reminder

24 hours before session: You’ll get:

another reminder email from TidyCal  with your session details

an email from me with a link to your workbook (as a PDF file)

About the workbook: You can flick through it beforehand if you want, or do nothing; both are fine. I’ll tell you in the email to bring a pen. However, if you want to use coloured pens, highlighters, stickers, or anything else that helps you engage with the material, bring them along!

Day of session: We meet on Zoom and get to work.

Do I need special equipment?

Nope. Any device that can access Zoom will work: computer, tablet, or phone. Your workbook comes as a PDF, so you can print it out or keep it digital, whatever works for you.

What if we have technical issues during the session?

We’ll work through them together.
If Zoom drops out, I’ll reconnect with you.
If there’s an ongoing issue, we’ll reschedule for another time.
If technology ā€œhappensā€, we’ll figure it out!

Do I need to have a trip already planned?

No! This session can be taken anytime, even before you finalise a booking.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session, no questions asked. If you need to cancel entirely, contact me and we’ll work something out. I’m not interested in trapping you into something that isn’t working.

Do I need to have my camera on?

Nope. You can keep it off if that’s more comfortable for you.

What if I have a trip coming up really soon?

Let me know when you book and I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline. I keep some buffer space in my calendar for time-sensitive situations.

Can someone else join the session with me?

If having a support person, partner, or friend helps you feel more comfortable or keeps you focused, yes. Just let me know when you book so I can plan accordingly.

What if the strategies don’t work for me?

We adjust them until they do. This is collaborative. If something isn’t working, we troubleshoot together and find what does. There’s no shame in needing modifications.

What if I get overwhelmed during the session?

Tell me. We can take a break. We can slow down. We can switch gears. The session is for you we make it work at your pace.

What about refunds?

If you genuinely feel it wasn’t valuable, let me know and we’ll work something out. I’m not interested in taking money for something that didn’t help you.

Still Not Sure?

That’s completely okay. I get it, choice overload is real.

Have questions about whether this is right for you ?

 with your questions or concerns.

I’m happy to chat about whether this is right for you.

No pressure. No sales tactics. No ā€œlimited timeā€ manipulation.

Just honest conversation about whether I can actually help you.

Not ready to book, but want to stay connected ?
